David Sotolongo, Esq.
As a Senior Associate with Extensio Law, David Sotolongo assists employers with advice and representation in matters involving current or former employees.
David has spent his entire career focused on the field of employment law. Before joining Extensio Law, he practiced at plaintiff’s-side employment law firms, where he learned how cases against employers are built and resolved. David also spent several years as an attorney at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (a quasi-judicial agency of the federal government) where he helped adjudicate a wide variety of employment disputes brought by federal employees.
David was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Though he goes back regularly, he has made our nation’s capital his home since enrolling at the George Washington University Law School. In law school David worked as a law clerk at a variety of labor and employment law-focused offices and organizations, including the U.S. Department of Justice and the National Labor Relations Board.
