OF COUNSEL
Jacky Tully, Esq.
Jacky Tully works with employers to solve their thorniest wage and hour issues. Jacky has practiced employment law throughout her career, with a concentration in wage and hour matters for the past 15 years. She practiced at several national law firms and has an extensive history defending employers against complex class and collective actions. Jacky now focuses on supporting employers to reduce litigation risk related to time-and-pay-related issues. Her holistic, yet practical approach, includes answering day-to-day payroll questions, designing compensation plans that meet business objectives while incentivizing and rewarding employees, performing enterprise-wide policy and classification audits, planning HRIS workflows, infrastructure, and technology; and identifying and remediating past problems through comprehensive data analysis.
Jacky does the kind of work other employment lawyers try to avoid—data- and math-intensive. She relies on her convivial nature to make the sometimes-tedious nature of this work less painful for all.
