Anti-Racism Reference Catalogue

The subject of workplace diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging is evolving, from conversations about individualized discrimination and bias to bold leadership commitments of Anti-Racism: that is, practicing and habituating individual behaviors that actively challenge systemic racism. This Anti-Racism Reference Catalogue was compiled by members of Extensio Law to, in the words of Dr. Ibram X. Kendi, “empower ourselves to look in the mirror and locate ourselves in the work of stamping out racist thoughts in our lives today.”
